In the Sierra Madre de Chiapas, along the Soconusco border with Guatemala, smallholder farms tuck their coffee beneath a forest canopy that has sheltered these slopes for generations. It's a partnership between grower and mountain — one built on care for the land as much as the harvest it yields.

Certified organic and wet-processed, this Chiapas lot brings a light body and gentle acidity to a cup full of milk chocolate, cane sugar sweetness, and a bright lemon-lime finish with a soft, tea-like character.
