Processing Times

  • Roasted Coffee: Orders containing roasted coffee are typically roasted fresh and shipped within 5 business days of order placement to ensure maximum freshness.
  • Brewing Accessories: Orders containing only brewing accessories are typically shipped within 2 business days.
  • Mixed Orders: Orders containing both coffee and accessories will follow our coffee processing timeline (5 business days) to ensure everything ships together.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage for reliable, cost-effective delivery throughout the United States.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

All orders include tracking information sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at orourke@highlandscoffeeroasters.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
