This single-farm natural from the Terruño Nayarita cooperative is grown in the volcanic soils surrounding Cerro San Juan, where heirloom varieties thrive under shade and sustainable practices. The Afrutada shines at a medium roast, offering a balanced cup with gentle fruit aromatics, caramelized sweetness, and a rounded body. The natural process brings out dried fruit and cocoa notes without overwhelming acidity, making it ideal for both drip and espresso.
