Colombia Bochica showcases the craftsmanship of smallholder farmers across Huila, Cauca, Nariño, and Tolima. Selectively handpicked ripe cherries are pulped on-farm, then fermented in tanks for 26–36 hours before washing and drying on parabolic beds. This traditional fully washed process yields a clean, balanced cup with round body, bright acidity, chocolate sweetness, and fruit-forward character. Direct relationships with cooperative producers ensure traceability, quality consistency, and sustainable farming practices with every harvest.
